A shipping tracking # will be included, if available. In general, orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Otherwise, your order will be sent back, if your order are sent back because of leaving us one wrong address,t hen the extra fee you pay please. 2.Please leave one email which you will check regularly.We will send confirmation of shipping or some other questions which may occur some times.Returns:We have a fairly consumer friendly policy when it comes to products bought and then found out to be the wrong item. Customers are free to return any product that was incorrectly ordered within the first 30-days of purchase, of course the product must be in its original packaging and un-used, we also can only refund for the cost of the product and not the shipping costs involved in sending it to you, also you will be responsible for making sure the item is returned safely to us, if you use a non registered mail service and the item does not arrive, we are not liable for this, so the rule is if you are going to return something for a refund make sure to use a shipping method that is registered, this way you know your return will make it to us safely for your refund. And if any fualty ones, you can send back, you pay the shipping cost, we pay the cost when we send new ones to you. |
